Releasing Pressure

So today's Exercise is Releasing Pressure. I so needed that today. Not only is it the beginning of this journey, but it's Monday! And after an unexpected long weekend too. It has been snowing a lot around here and little has melted. I also have been unfortunate in the last couple of weeks to be going through some major emotional stress. I can snap at any moment and I can't control it until I am in the middle of a rampage and I think wow what is going on, oh yea, stop that!! I started crying at the opening of the Olympics and I think I cried every day until last night at the closing. It's all those crazy commercials too. Visa, Proctor and Gamble, all of them!! My emotions were high and out there for all to have to deal with. So this morning I got on Facebook after my 24 + hour fast and saw my friends status and had to try it!

Call the Nestle Hotline @ 1-800-295-0051. When asked if you want English or Spanish, wait quietly for about 10 secs & you will smile. Keep going & press 4, then press 7. If you comment on this, don't give the secret away!! If the line is busy try again it is worth it!....funny

Oh and it was funny. I loved it and spread the love myself and watched as others posted it throughout the day. It made me smile. It lifted me up. It released a little of the pressure in my life!

Knowing I was going to take on this new exercise I made plans for another exercise as well. I will be working out with my friends Laura. She is always a stress reliever for me. You would think that with all that goes on in her life she always makes me smile. And a lot of the time we laugh. We started working out at her house and well that made us laugh!! She has three little ones at home who sat and watched us do the workout video as if it was one of there TV shows. Her baby was dancing and trying to workout too! It was great and I felt rejuvenated after!

I look forward to this journey and can't wait for tomorrow!
